Employers can partner with Douglas College to provide students with experiential learning through a 20 hour unpaid practicum, 10 hours of teaching and 10 hours of observation, over a 15 week term while earning course credits. Students will be graded on lesson plan design and delivery, techniques used to manage the class while demonstrating their professionalism.
